Freedom Of Information (NELC), North East Lincolnshire Council

Dear Sir / Madam

Thank you for your information request, reference number NELC/28336/2324.
I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following
information:

 1. The number of land or property disposals that have taken place since
2003 at an undervalue (less than market rate or best consideration).

disposals as ‘less than best’ prior to 2014/15. We have identified 18
since then which are on the list below.

 2. A list of the disposals including: the sites in question, amount of
undervalue, and the name of the party receiving the undervalued site.

 3. 3. If specific consent was sought from the Secretary of State
regarding the undervalue of any of the sites, documentation of this
application. Or, if consent was not applied for, an explanation as to
why.

North East Lincolnshire Council is not aware any required consent in
relation to the properties listed - in relation to State Aid or Subsidy
Control these usually do not meet the criteria.

If you believe that your request for information has not been handled in
accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you have the right to
request an internal review by the Council. If you wish to request an
internal review, please write to us detailing the reasons why. Please be
clear about which elements of the Council’s response or handling of the
request you are unhappy with, and would like the Council to address during
the internal review process.  If following this you are still dissatisfied
you may contact the Office of the Information Commissioner.

Yours sincerely
