North East Lincolnshire Council did not formally record property
disposals as ‘less than best’ prior to 2014/15. We have identified 18

North East Lincolnshire Council is not aware any required consent in
relation to the properties listed - in relation to State Aid or Subsidy
Control these usually do not meet the criteria.
