Land Disposal

Could you please give me the following details of any land disposals that the college has undertaken in the last 10 years, this to include, who the purchaser was, the date, and the size of the land sold.

Dear Mr Hardisty.
In response to your email of 30 August 2011 addressed to Catherine
Render:
1. on 19 December 2008 the College transferred to Stoke on Trent City
Council ("SOTCC") by way of exchange certain freehold pieces of land at
Fenton Manor Stoke on Trent (so as to accord with the on site boundaries
- SOTCC transferred to the College ownership of part of the College's car
park area and the College transferred to SOTCC ownership of part of
SOTCC's Fenton Manor Sports Centre site - areas unknown.
2. on 26 August 2011 the College transferred to SOTCC the freehold of land
and buildings at its former Victoria Road Fenton Manor site (the main old
school and caretakers bungalow site) - the area comprised approx 6.55
acres
3. on 26 August 2011 the College also granted to SOTCC a 130 year lease of
the playing fields site at Victoria Road Fenton Manor - the area comprised
13.65 acres or thereabouts.
