I am writing in response to your request dated 25 July 2019.  This has
been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

You asked for the following information:

 

Please can you tell me which of your departments is responsible for the
upkeep of the land behind 58 to 64 Smallwood Road WF12 as it is grossly
overgrown.

 

The Council’s can confirm that the land behind the properties in question
are vested with Housing and are therefore maintained by Kirklees
Neighbourhood Housing (KNH): [1]https://knh.org.uk/

 

If you are not content with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review.  Requests for internal reviews should
be submitted within 2 months of the date of receipt of the response to
your original request and should be addressed to the Monitoring Officer,
