Jacob Lewis made this Freedom of Information request to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council,

Does the council own the land at the junction of Marsh House Lane and Pole Lane in Hoddlesden, more specifically the unregistered triangular plot centred around National Grid Reference SD70802215.

If so can the council provide copy deeds to show this as the land is currently not registered as a property of the council with the Land Registry.

Yours faithfully,

Jacob Lewis
