Dear West Sussex County Council,
Freedom of Information Request
In terms of the relevant Freedom of Information legislation (FOI) I would be grateful if you could let me have details of the following:-
1] A list of council buildings that are laying empty and/or unused as at the date of this FOI request?
2] A list of your council buildings that are for sale as at the date of this FOI request?
3] A list of your council buildings that will be coming up for sale within the next 12 months starting from the date of this FOI request?
4] A list of Land or Plots between 100-1000 sq M that are or will be coming up for sale.
5] Copies of the official council minutes relating to the last four meetings of your council’s property committee (appropriately redacted to avoid unnecessary refusal of this FOI)?
Many thanks and best regards
Dear Miss White,
Thank you for your enquiry, which has been forwarded to the appropriate
officers for a response. The usual timescale for a response is twenty
working days, that is by or on 9 October 2017.
If for any reason the Council needs to extend this timescale you will be
notified in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Please note that in 2012 the County Council adopted a position in
principle that FoI and EIR requests to West Sussex County Council and the
Council's responses may be published on the Council's website in a
suitably anonymised form. This is in addition to the individual response
to the requestor, and in line with the Council's commitment to
transparency and open data.
