Lancashire Constabulary Corruption

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Lancashire Constabulary should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Lancashire Constabulary,

https://iaingould.co.uk/2018/10/01/35000...

From one to ten. Ten being the most corrupt and One being not at all,

1: How corrupt are Lancashire Constabulary?

2: How many officers lost their jobs for gross misconduct as a result of the outcome of the Paul Ponting case?

3: How many officers were charged with sexual assault after allegedly touching Paul Pontings anus?

Yours faithfully,

Kirsty Eccles

They forgot to mention one of the officers involved was promoted by Rhodes to head of professional standards.Winstanley and Rhodes take a bow for your tireless efforts towards corruption

Hi Kirsty
Thank you for your support, you hit the nail on the head, Lancs police are 10 on the scale of corruption.

Paul Ponting (Account suspended) left an annotation ()

Just to add. Lancashire police have repeatedly lied about this.

They said... "With regard to your other questions, the incident involving Mr Ponting was reviewed by our Professional Standards Department and by an external force and there have not been any disciplinary or criminal proceedings against officers."

I can confirm that NO OTHER POLICE FORCE REVIEWED THIS. This is been put to Lancs police as a complaint as this lie was broadcast on ITV and also told to local MP Rosie Cooper.

Lancashire police have defended a number of cops from sexual assault and other assault. Despicable.

Dear Information assurance unit,

In your response you said... "With regard to your other questions, the incident involving Mr Ponting was reviewed by our Professional Standards Department and by an external force and there have not been any disciplinary or criminal proceedings against officers."

As I have it on good authority that NO OTHER POLICE FORCE REVIEWED THIS I would like you to provide me with details of which external force reviewed this case.

Yours sincerely,

Kirsty Eccles

Kirsty, the question you raised has been put to Lancashire police via my solicitor at DPP law, I will annotate this FOI with the response as and when it is received. As it involved ITV television, I understand that they will be reviewing this on TV to ensure the correct facts are aired.

Dear Ms Eccles

The reviewing force was Cumbria Police.

Very interesting response from Lancashire police as I have full evidence from Cumbria that they did NOT review this case. I have this in a printed letter and this is now going to my solicitor.

I have asked Cumbria to comment.

I have also passed both of these links to my solicitor.
