Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
On 12th and 19th of April 2019, two peaceful demonstrations were conducted in London by the ex-Service Veteran community on behalf of Soldier F and other ex-serviceman who are being investigated for their actions in Northern Ireland. I raised a complaint with respect to this lack of coverage and the reference is Number CAS-5412749-981D35
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request the following information from the BBC:
Request for Information 1: How many complaints has the BBC received with respect to their lack of news coverage of both these demonstrations on the 12th and 19th of April? (A cumulative total)
Request for information 2: For comparative purposes how many complaints have the BBC received with respect to their actual coverage of the principal ‘Extinction Rebellion’ climate change demonstrations held in London between 13-15 April 2019?
Many thanks for a prompt response
Iain George Clegg
