LAC and Care Leavers Levels of Care
Dear Northumberland County Council,
1. Regarding your Looked After Children aged 16-17 and for your Care Leavers aged 18-25 who are currently placed in semi-independent unregulated accommodation, please could you define the different levels/categories of care that the council has for these individuals.
2. Please could you let me know what the average cost per week per service user per Care Level per provider is when these individuals are placed in semi-independent accommodation.

I refer to your Freedom of Information request in relation to semi
independent accommodation.
This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I am writing to ask you to clarify your request.
For Q2, as an average figure will alter depending upon the number of
placements commissioned at any one time, please clarify the time period
that you would like the average figure to be calculated over? Is it an
average for the placements currently held in which case we will assume a
date in July to provide you with a figure and consistency across all
questions?
