Knowsley road casualty statistics for 1994 to 2009

Please could you supply Knowsley road casualty statistics for each year from 1994 to 2009 inclusive for
(a) pedestrians killed,
(b) pedestrians seriously injured,
and (c) pedestrians slightly injured,
for each of the following age groups:
(i) 0 - 4 years,
(ii) 5 - 10 years,
(iii) 11 - 15 years,
(iv) 16 - 18 years,
(v) 19 - 59 years,
and (vi) 60+ years.

Please could you also do the same for (A) cyclists, and (B) the totals for all categories of road users.
