Dear North Yorkshire County Council,

I refer to the document of 27th May 2016
Planning Decision for the KM8 well available at:

https://onlineplanningregister.northyork...

which states:

'The development to which this permission relates must be implemented no later than the
expiration of three years from the date of this Decision Notice.
Reason:
To comply with Section 91 of Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section
51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.'

1) Please list the works undertaken to consider the permission to be extant.
