Kirklees Council staff tampering with Court documents

The request was refused by Kirklees Borough Council.

Dear Kirklees Borough Council,

I have been provided with information and evidence a member of your SRA regulated employee has been involved in tampering with Court documents.

This employee was involved in tampering with evidence before joining your organisation, and there previous employer was made aware but refused to respond.

Can you advise if any of your SRA regulated staff made you aware there had an ongoing complaint against them relating to tampering with Court evidence.

This member of staff will be reported to the SRA.

Can you advise what action you will take when it is proven your employee has tampered with Court evidence.

Do you consider tampering with Court evidence to be a criminal offence?

Yours faithfully,

E Mitchell
