Dear Kingston upon Thames Borough Council,
I would like to request an internal review of the decision to refuse my Freedom of Information Act request relating the the establishment of an Opportunity Area in Kingston Town. Given that the request relates to information that extends over less than a calendar year, given that it relates ONLY to matters relating to the decision to explore the possible establishment of a very specific development area and given my request involves information specifically involving the Council Leader, I do not understand why the request would take more than 18 hours to fulfil and would like to challenge the refusal decision.
Yours faithfully,
Angus Scott
