necessary search for the information requested.

 

Under Freedom of Information please may I request all documents, minutes

The Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Planning Authority
(SDPA) are not a named organisation under Freedom of Information
legislation in their own right but are captured under either Aberdeen City
Council or Aberdeenshire Council.

 

The SDPA only hold one piece of information relevant to the request.

  

The attached is an extract from a file note of an ACC Local Development
Plan Team Meeting which generated a list of potential issues to be
considered for inclusion in the Strategic Development Plan Main Issues
Report later this year. This was sent to the SDPA on 21 July 2016.

 

The SDPA will determine the content of the Main Issues Report later in the
year and it will subsequently be published for consultation.

The current Strategic Development Plan was approved by Scottish Ministers
in March 2014

with a Proposed Plan published for consultation in September 2017. The
plan will be submitted to Scottish Ministers by March 2018.

 

There is no recorded information in relation to the intention or
representations made to have the site included in the strategic
development plan. It is anticipated that any representations won’t happen
until after the publication of the Main Issues Report.
