Dear Cllr Brooke,

I write in relation to your request where you have asked for the
following:

Can you provide the following information regarding Kingdom Security and
Flintshire County Council:

1. Fines / Penalties received by Kingdom on an annual basis split between
the towns of Flintshire. Please provide this info for the past 3 years.

Please see spreadsheet attached

2. What % of these Fines / Penalties is received by Flintshire County
Council, and what % goes to the town in which the fine / penalty was
issued.

15% of a Fixed Penalty is received by Flintshire County Council when it is
paid the  money collected goes into the overall enforcement budget.

3. What cost, by town (if possible) is incurred by Flintshire County
Council, for example, uniform fees, vehicle fees etc.

Costs Incurred in using Kingdom are for uniforms and the use on one
liveried Flintshire Council vehicle these costs come out of the
enforcement budget from Jan 1 2017 to Dec 31 2017 this equated to Uniforms
£626.60 - Vehicle £5301.64

4. What cost savings have been made by Flintshire County council in
respect of employed person/s as a "Litter Picker" or such.

The Council has not reduced costs in respect of employed person/s as a
"Litter Picker" or such, as the Streetscene Operatives have generic job
roles allowing the resource to be diverted to other areas of the service.
This benefit has  been distributed across the whole service area through
the flexibility of deployment of operatives.
