Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Kickstart Scheme'.

The information has been incorrectly deemed commercially sensitive under section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act.

Furthermore; the department have not cited which specific section within 43 applies (43(1), 43(2) or 43(3)). Neither have the department supported the assertion by reasoned argument or empirical evidence.
