I am writing on behalf of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew ("RBG Kew") in
response to your request for information dated 7 July 2017. I have treated
your request in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

You asked for the following information:

 

“How many people are employed by the kew constabulary?

In response I can confirm that the security team at the Royal Botanic
Gardens Kew has 20 staff, of that eight are of Constable status, they have
two vehicles in the fleet that patrol the 330 acre site.

 

I hope that you are satisfied with the way in which I have dealt with your
request.
