Dear ScotRail Trains Limited,

Under the Freedom Of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 i am asking for some information regarding your Ketech station automated announcement sound files.

Please could you advise if you hold your Ketech sound files in .seg format.

If the answer is no then you can just tell me that and ignore everything below.

If the answer is yes then please provide any information you hold on how to open and play .seg files as well as any information you hold on how to convert .seg files to .mp3 or .wav format.
