Dear Laura Patrick of Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Primary Care Trust (PCT),

After reading through the minutes as linked by your kind self, the only interests the members of the group listed was that of their occupation.

Under the freedom of information act request detailed above and previously in our correspondence I requested a total of 7 categories of interest. I request a firm denial of each category if there is no interests at all.

I did also note in the minutes that Colin Philip advised that the CCG had adopted the Code of Conduct
principles, including being honest and open.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Haws Trench

Dear Mr Trench

As promised, please find some information about NHS Kernow's declarations
of interest.

NHS Kernow’s declaration of interests is contained within our
constitution, which is published online at
[1]www.kernowccg.nhs.uk/about-us/our-principles/nhs-constitution/

NHS Kernow's constitution contains 10 principles which members are asked
to state any interests. The following page has been published on our
website and outlines these principles
[2]http://www.kernowccg.nhs.uk/media/233346...

These principles are in-line with the Nolan Principles, which are also
published on our website.
 [3]http://www.kernowccg.nhs.uk/about-us/our...

Governing Body members are asked to declare their interests at the start
of each meeting, which is held in public once a month. The minutes of the
meeting, which contain any declarations, are published online a week in
advance of the next meeting.
[4]http://www.kernowccg.nhs.uk/about-us/who...

The declaration of members’ interests can also be found online at
[5]www.kernowccg.nhs.uk/about-us/our-principles/ which will be published
no less frequently than once a year – this may change to quarterly,
depending on the number of declarations made. This is in-line with NHS
Kernow’s promise to be an open and transparent organisation.

I hope this answers your questions.

Have a pleasant weekend.

Yours sincerely

Laura Patrick.
