Dear Kent County Council,

Thank you for your response, unfortunately, the data provided in the files you linked to contain only part of the information I am after.

I understand the issue with regards to the PII of individual students, so would you be able to provide this information if I was to change school name to "District or Type" as per the files you referred to?

Yours sincerely,

Mr Williams

Kent County Council

Dear Mr Williams,

Thank you for your email, which I have passed onto the relevant team to
deal with.

To clarify, this is now being dealt with as a follow-on query to your
previous request, under the same reference number 3927765.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) does not legislate for follow-on
requests and therefore there is no statutory timeframe for us to respond
within.

However, I will endeavour to supply the data to you as soon as possible
but no later than 7^th December 2018 (20 working days from date of
receipt).

Kind regards

Dear Mr Williams,

Thank you for your follow on request for information made under the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, relating to the Kent Test. Please
see the response attached and below:

Please find an spreadsheet attached that shows the requested data for the
last 5 years; the individual scores, total score, sex, month of birth and
district of current school for all the children that sat the Kent Test for
entry to secondary school in September 2018 that we are able to supply the
information for.

Where the number of children from a particular LA was 10 or less, these
have been combined into a single category (Other LA) to reduce the risk of
individual children being identified. We are unable to supply a spelling
section score as a breakdown to that level does not exist in our records.
The three separate section scores provided are the limit to which we can
report.

If you are unhappy with this response, and believe KCC has not complied
with legislation, you have 40 working days from the date of this response
to ask for a review. You can do this by following our complaints process;
details can be found at this link
[1]https://www.kent.gov.uk/about-the-counci...
on our website. Please quote reference 3927765.

If you remain dissatisfied following an internal review, you can appeal to
the Information Commissioner, who oversees compliance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. Details of what you need to do, should you wish to
pursue this course of action, are available from the Information
Commissioner’s website [2]http://ico.org.uk/concerns

Yours sincerely
