Kent Police Emails on CCDC

The request was refused by Kent Police.

Dear Kent Police,

### Background ###

CCDC stands for covert communications data capture. Media reports, based on publicly available documents, have shown that Essex Police and Kent Police share CCDC technology: https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/artic...

### Request ###

- All emails between members of the Essex and Kent Police Serious Crime Directorate, about, related to, or concerning CCDC, from 1st January 2015 to the present. To lower the burden on the agency, please limit the search to the Serious Crime Directorate.

In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am journalist writing for The Daily Beast, and that this request is being made as part of news gathering.

Yours faithfully,

Joseph Cox
