Kent MP's Grandparents vs Adoption

Wilson, A made this Freedom of Information request to House of Commons This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was refused by House of Commons.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Having found this recent appalling report showing Kent County Council,s figures regarding how many children are being placed into care rather than with grandparents & relatives and more than likely approved for adoption in closed family courts.

I would like to ask Kent's MP's , how many families have approached them for help and what actual support they have offered. And what they intend to do about this disgraceful practice?

"The figures below in response to a previous FOI are absolutely
shocking and are only over a 4 year period, clearly these should be
in reverse with most children remaining within their original
family i.e. with grandparents /relatives.

It is also worrying that double the amount of SGO special
guardianship orders are made to non-relative carers.

Unfortunately a massive industry has emerged from taking children
into 'care' with a view to adoption.

Could this be the real reason why Kent County Council has failed
yet again to comply 'fully'with a FOI.

It seems unbelievable that you can produce these figures but not
how many children remained within their own families rather than
being adopted.

Please state how many complaints have been received regarding
children not remaining within their families in favour of Adoption
with strangers and comply with figures from 2000.

Dear FOICOMMONS,

So basically you are saying it is a complete and utter waste of time complaining; the only good that can come out of all of this is that the public can be directed to sites like this to read the truth about what is going on.

Can you tell me if the media is government controlled as well?

Yours sincerely,

Wilson, A

What more can we ask of MP's take are probably Davos trained (all in bed together) and who Councils are all 'common purpose trained.

Child trafficking is the result, wake up sheeple and understand why they wont/cant answer
