Dear Mr Thomas

Our ref: FOI-0257-1819/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30
April 2018 asking for information about the Kennington Loop.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the
Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I
can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

Please find attached a spreadsheet showing properties and noise levels,
and copies of emails concerning track works undertaken in November 2016.

Dates of changes to track or train operation:

restriction was 15mph)

June/ July 2015. Re-rail of the loop 0-300m

November 2016. Track works, inc. partial re-rail

September 2017. Tunnel rings removed.

Christmas 2017 – New Year. Break though of NLE tunnel to loop &
installation of step plate junction.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data
Protection legislation some personal data has been removed from the
attached documents, this includes the names of residents, their email
addresses, telephone and house numbers as required by section 40(2) of the
FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a
breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires
all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be
fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no
expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the
conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached
information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
