I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. We need further details
from you in order to identify and locate the information therefore I would
be grateful if you could clarify part of your request. You have stated
that you would like a "break down of following factual data" but as far as
we can see there is no factual data being requested, please see insert
from your email.

2. Breakdowns of the following factual data obtained, by School Name, and
School Status (Example: State, Academy, Private etc..)

2015 - 808
2016 - 959
2017 - 1427

Please can you include the factual data to which you refer so we are able
to carryout your request.
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra

Following our telephone call, and looking at the previous request that you
referred to (ref: 920533), can you confirm that you require the following
information?

For the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, provide the number of abuse or neglect
referrals received by Kent County Council from schools, broken down by
individual schools in the Kent area.

The 20 working day timescale for providing the information you have
requested will be suspended until we receive confirmation from you. On
receipt of the clarification we will inform you of the new latest complete
by date.

I note from your previous email that you stated this request was overdue
however having reviewed the request and our acknowledgement following the
clarification emails. I now see that we stated the incorrect date which
