Dear Kent County Council,

Dear Sir

Within the spreadsheet FOI 920533, provided by Kent KCC.

The details below are clear. To assist, its Line 24 , Columns K,L,M. The numbers are listed below

2. Breakdown, by School Name, and School Status (Example: State, Academy, Private etc..)

Contact Source - 2A - Schools - Figures

2015 - (Column K) 808
2016 - (Column L) 959
2017 - (Column M) 1427

Thus I would expect to see a spreadsheet/data response showing (Example)

808 Reported Cases 2015
Kent School Name , School Status Cases Reported
xxx xxx xxxx
xxx xxx xxxx

959 Reported Cases 2016
Kent School Name , School Status Cases Reported
xxx xxx xxx
xxx xxx xxx
etc...
1427 Reported Cases 2017
Kent School Name , School Status Cases Reported
xxx xxx xxx
xxx xxx xxx

etc...

The Extract from FOI920533, behind that summary spreadsheet, would be the School that reported each Case to SCS.

Not sure I can explain this any other way.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Elliott

Dear Kent County Council,

I can confirm that for question 2 we will be using the following question:

For the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, provide the number of abuse or neglect
referrals received by Kent County Council from schools, broken down
by individual schools in the Kent area.

This is again incorrect, during the call and listed, it is extremely clear.

Referring to the FOI provided spreadsheet which you have seen and we discussed.
1. List School Names
2. List School Status
3. List totals raised by each school
4. List by 2015, 16, and 17 respectively

The numbers from the FOI I have repeatedly provided, and it is THESE numbers that must be used.

This is an extremely straightforward and clear request, and the data must be available as the previous FOI explains

Yours sincerely,

Mr Elliott
