Dear Kent County Council,

In a response to a FOI request made by Mr Matthew Connell (a full transcript of which can be found at: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...) you stated:

"The next meeting was on Thursday 3rd July 2014 at Heathrow Airport. Also present were David Smith, Pauline Bradley and Alistair Welch. Minutes of that meeting are attached."

You did not, however, attach the minutes as you stated. Please can you send these minutes as stated.

Yours faithfully,

Jonathan Allison
