I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. 
 
I asked for the address developments within the City of Wolverhampton. The
address provided is for Birmingham and therefore we would not have any
applications for this site as it falls outside of the City Boundaries. Can
you clarify whether they are referring to any developments in
Wolverhampton?
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 2 October 2023.

Dear Wolverhampton Council,
I believe they wanted to move to a site in wolverhampton and applied for
planning permission to convert the property to suit the needs of a
chemical refinet and were refused. This is all I know at the present
moment in time.
