Kate Osborne's name and date of birth
Dear South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council,
The current MP for Jarrow, Kate Osborne, declined to provide a date of birth for the 2019 Times Guide to the House of Commons book. As the information is not available elsewhere, and I feel it should be in the public domain, I am writing to request that you confirm:
1. Kate Osborne's date of birth
2. Kate Osborne's full name
I believe these details would have been supplied when she was nominated as a Labour candidate prior to the 2019 general election.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Morgan

Dear South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Kate Osborne's name and date of birth'.
I believe that information on general election candidates submitted for the Statement of Persons Nominated, including that covered by my request, is freely available to view by members of the public. I do not think this information is the sole remit of the Returning Officer. Therefore, my request should be fulfilled by the local authority, as a similar request of mine elsewhere has been.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/k...
Yours faithfully,
Mr T Morgan
