Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please provide the following information on the Katarina Johnson-Thompson banner on the front of the Town Hall;

1. Who authorised the banner and please list all the names involved ?

2. Please state the total costs involved?

3. Have the Council consulted Historic England (statutory consultee)?

4. Did the Council seek listed building consent from the LPA to erect the banner. Yes or No?

5. If the answer is yes to question 4 then please provide all the relevant details?

5. Please provide the total costs involved to create, erect and remove the banner which was placed on the Cunard building in June/July 2018 by the Mayor, which breached planning regulations.
