Dear Coventry City Council,

Thank you for the response.

I have a grave concern with the reply that you have given me, you state that no court staff are present so who is responsible for signing council tax liability orders?
Does a member of Coventry City Council sign the council liability order?

What part of the local government finance act states that a local authority can hire out a court room and issue its own liability orders without anyone lawfully or legally trained present?

Surely you must be aware that would make it an unconstitutional court.

Can you also provide me with the legislation that allows a liability order to be issued agianst a person when there is no formally signed contract between the parties, it is my understanding that a contract makes the law if no contract exist then how can a liability order be issued clearly that would be an act of fraud and deception?

Yours faithfully,

Adam Rushton
