The request was successful.

Dear Department of Justice (Northern Ireland),

How many cases have been tried at Dungannon Crown Court this year so far?

How many juries have been told they were not needed on the first day of a Crown Court trial after a defendant has changed their plea to guilty from not guilty at Dungannon Crown Court this year.

How many of these cases could have been dealt with at Magistrates, had the first plea been lodged as guilty?

Yours faithfully,
Shauna Corr
