Dear Queens’ College, Cambridge,

Please could you provide me with some specific data from your Equal Opportunities Monitoring Forms for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellows/Postdoctoral Research Fellows (Stipendiary and Non-stipendiary) for the last 10 years.

I would like anonymised statistics pertaining to unsuccessful applicants' gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and religion.

Dear Ms Bowles

Further to your request dated 30 January, 2018 under the Freedom of
Information Act, other than gender, Queens' does not hold any other
information on the applicants and so the answer to your questions are as
follows:

The anonymised statistics pertaining to unsuccessful applicants' gender:.

2013-14: 38 female, 37 male
2014-15: 43 female, 68 male
2015-16: 45 female, 73 male
2016-17: 54 female, 61 male
2017-18: 40 female, 33 male

The anonymised statistics pertaining to successful applicants' gender:

2013-14: 3 female, 6 male
2014-15: 4 female, 5 male
2015-16: 3 female, 7 male
2016-17: 4 female, 6 male
2017-18: 7 female, 3 male

If you feel that we have not dealt with your request under the Freedom of
Information Act properly, the College’s procedures indicate that you may
complain to the President who may be contacted at Queens’ College,
