Dear Ms Bowles
With apologies; I have the answer ready to send on my computer at work but
was called out of the office on urgent business yesterday.
Unfortunately, we only retain records for 6 months after a recruitment
vacancy closes, and so I am unable to send you the 10-year data you
request.  In the last 6 months, we have only recruited to one such
position and I am therefore withholding the data on the basis that the
individual may be identified from the data.
I am sorry we are unable to be more helpful in this instance.
Yours
Vicki Stott
