Thank you for your reply. I understand that completing an equality monitoring form is not a mandatory part of the application process. Please could you send me what you suggest, i.e. the statistics you do hold?

Thank you for your FOIA request. I fear we do not have data prior to
2010/11, and also do not hold data on appointees (only those applying and
short-listed); nor do we hold the data on age, disability, sexual
orientation and religion for longer than a year, so that is not available.
