application form specifically made by SKK Judo Club in St Helens to the
Big lottery Fund (“the Fund”).  I have checked our grant management data
base and have located one application which was made to the Fund in 2003. 
If you wish to view a copy of this application form, please contact me and
I can arrange this for you, subject to any exemptions that may apply.

SKK may also have received funding from other lottery distributers. We
only hold records in relation to the Big Lottery Fund.
