Dear HM Courts and Tribunals Service,

From your records for Judicial Reviews please provide for each calendar year 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024;
1 - the total number of applications received,
2 - the total number of applications issued,
3 - the average time to issue and application,
4 - the total number of applications where permission was granted without a hearing,
5 - the average time to consider issued applications without a hearing,
6 - the total number of applications where permission refused without a hearing was granted at a hearing,
7 - the average time between permission being granted for judicial review and the hearing.

I have been unable to find this information on the internet, and if it is publicly available would appreciate being directed to it.
