Dear Mr Eduard Popescu

Thank you for your email request dated 5 February 2018 in which you asked
for the following information from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ):

“I would like to have a copy of the policy regarding appointments of
Judges for hearing in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal
Tribunal. I am particularly interested in who makes the appointments, what
are the criteria and what checks are made so that there is no conflict of
interests.”

We are currently progressing your request but we will not be able to
provide you with a response today as required.

We would like to apologise for this delay, as we endeavour to provide you
with a response by the end of this week.

Yours sincerely
