Judges' Bonds

Waiting for an internal review by Ministry of Justice of their handling of this request.

Dear Ministry of Justice,
I read recently in one of your replies that judges were self
bonding.
The Uniform Bonding Code states that "self bonding is fraudulent
misrepresentation" and "limited liability insurance fraud". Anti
social municipalities and malfeasant officials will not be bonded
as the risk of massive payouts are too large, so states resort to
self bonding - which is no bonding.
In the light of the foregoing, and the fact that no insurance
company is involved, how must the bondholder perform?
1)Must the bondholder act as would an independent third party money
wagering pool/bonding insurance company?

2)Must the bondholder respond to a claim on a judge's bond
as though he were a bonding insurance agency?

3)Must the bondholder honour a Distress on a judge's bond, as must
a bonding insurance company?

4)Is the bondholder acting, in fact, as bonding insurance agent, or
simply as holder.

5) Is the bondholder subject to the insurance laws - as a real
insurance company is - for the purpose of holding "performance
bonds"?

Yours faithfully,

Typically this arrogant Ministry of Just us still refuses to answer.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Justice's handling of my FOI request 'Judges' Bonds'.

There are no responses to this request - not one, and not even an acknowledgement of receipt of request. You have duties and you are meant to fulfill them. I am considering a claim for compensation under the Equalities Act and others. Please be decent enough to respond and stop helping to institute a com-lete fascist system in Britain. The NAZIS must not win.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

L - I'm not for a minute defending the fact that you received no acknowledgement or response to this request, but...

The Uniform Bonding Code (Title 42) is part of US law, not UK law. The UBC doesn't apply in the UK.

Unless they ran a search on the internet, no UK authority would be likely to know anything about the UBC.

I hope your internal review request produces results, because something clearly went very wrong with the request handling here, but...

Maybe it would help to rephrase based on whatever the UK equivalent to the UBC is?

Dear Becky, thank you for taking the time to annotate my request.
I understand that the UBC is American and part of their USC. Howeevr, the main idea was to let others know about the insurance aspect of their regime and to spread a little infor a bit further. Just advertising on yet another platform, really, and hoping to direct a few minds to certain aspects of what must be done to try to right wrongs being done and get a bit of leverage on officials.
I never expected a response at any time and the matter is too petty to pursue through the info commissioner - not that he is any bloody good. He's just one more cog in the construct of control we currently endure.
Also, commercial law is worldwide and insurance companies operate on very much the same principles (ubberrimae fidei)world-wide.
Officials have bonds (except for some reason in Scotland where the judges do not have them!)and the nain principles in the UBC are applicable, I believe. I am about to test them, anyway.
The mere fact that you read my request is good news to me, and the fact that you took enough care to establish the american source of the info is even better. There is one more of us that I know of now, and that heartens me. Lawful rebellion has been a long hard road and the occasional pick me up is most welcome. (I write as Musashi on fmotl.com if you want to have a look at what we do there)
Lance.

Lance - I'm an American, an Officer with Portland Police in Oregon and a 1st year law student at Concordia University.

Glad I was able to make a useful contribution.

I appreciate the invitation to visit fmotl.com, but I don't think I would be too welcome if I was tempted to comment while visiting that site - bad experience on the facebook 'White Rabbit' FMOTL group, my input was not exactly appreciated because I posted information people didn't really want to know/discuss with an open mind.

Best if I stick with offering whatever help I can through WDTK.

My dear Becky Bear,
I am saddened to hear of your past unhappy experience(s)on Facebook with the White Rabbit guys. I know some of them myself - including the founder, Nigel.

Perhaps, Becky, you would care to consider establishing e-mail contact with me.
Meantime, I wish you well of your studies and a safe working day every day.

Kind regards,
Lance.
