JSP 950 Part 1 Lft 6-7-7 query

Dear Ministry of Defence,

Please can you advise which version specifies the following ruling:

4.N.36 Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hayfever),
a. symptoms are controlled with over-the-counter non-sedating oral, nasal and /or ocular medicine,
b. the deliberate avoidance of allergen is not required,
c. symptoms are not functionally disabling (in particular, vision),
d. symptoms do not cause wheeze or require an inhaler.

This has been used recently in a medical rejection ruling but we cannot find it in the (v2.4 Oct 22). So is there a more recent version? Or does this rule above appear in an older version?
