Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I want to know what process jobcentre staff must follow when a sanction of JSA is applied immediately or through a Decision Maker. Can I have your rules and guidance for this. Must the reasons for any sanction referral to a DM be notified in writing and must the reason for a sanction be notified in writing giving details on how to appeal? What is the process for ESA as above?
