Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please could you give me a JSA NC1 form - that I can fill in using a PDF program such as foxit reader - the one that you have previously provided to S.Gwilliam on 3 April 2019 is "PROTECTED" and cannot be filled in on-line - even a conversion to DOCX is not possible
Please provide me with a NON-PROTECTED JSA NC1 form
