BACKGROUND:
I refer you to this youtube video:-

In which PC MACIT tells a journalist (who I believe to be Carl Benjamin) at 7.10 "....we are not going to allow that, sir. You are going to be breaking the breach of the peace again".

At 8.39 MPS officer BS120 (no name badge on tabarb) tells the journalist "....you being here is breaching that condition".

REQUEST
1.Provide the condition referred to by BS120 and other conditions for that event.
2. Provide MPS guidance (or similar) for controlling journalists and photographers at public events such as the one shown in the video.
3. Provide 2018 MPS police uniform rules.

by SC&O22 - Public Order, Human Resources and Professionalism.  The
searches located information relevant to your request.

DECISION

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.

* 1. Provide the condition referred to by BS120 and other conditions for
that event.

The conditions referred to at the event featured in the video in question
can be found in the attached PDF documents.

Although these documents state that additional conditions can be in place,
I can confirm that these are the conditions being referred to in the
video.

* 2. Provide MPS guidance (or similar) for controlling journalists and
photographers at public events such as the one shown in the video.

The attention of all officers is drawn to current service directions
regarding the facilitation of members of the media.  Supervisor briefings
should emphasise the need to provide all information and facilities that
may reasonably be made available.  The instruction about not interfering
with the Media/Press unless they directly impede police operations, cause
obstruction or commit an offence, is to be stressed to officers.  Should
officers experience problems or difficulties with representatives of the
media they will refer them to a supervising officer.

* 3. Provide 2018 MPS police uniform rules.
