Dear The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman,

Please tell me, over the last 10 years how many times has LGO worked with PHSO on cases together? Please give the figures year by year,

What were the outcomes of 'joint working', i.e. how many cases were up held and how many not?

On non 'joint working' cases, what was the up hold figure? If it is on your web site please direct me to it.

Yours faithfully,

Brenda Prentice

Dear Foi Officer,

Thank you, I am not used to it being called anything other than LGO. When did it change and can the public now bring social care problems to LGO?

Yours sincerely,

Brenda Prentice

Foi Officer, The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman

Dear Ms Prentice

The public have been able to bring social care problems to the LGO - whether against local authorities or private providers - since 2010. We have just recently decided to change the name to make this a bit clearer to people.
