Joint Enterprise Law
Dear Ministry of Justice,
My name is Hannah Brown, I am in third year at Brighton University, and am doing my dissertation on the legitimacy and justification of joint enterprise law in suppressing British street gangs.
I am requesting information on homicide cases which have prosecuted 2 or more individuals under joint enterprise law over the last 15 years. Any information you can give to aid this subject would be greatly helpful in making my dissertation as accurate as possible. Thank you for your time.
Yours faithfully,
Hannah Brown
