Jobsites deemed suitable by the DWP (2)

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

THIS IS A SECOND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AS THE FIRST REPLY DIDN'T ANSWER THE QUESTION!

"DWP Response:

On this occasion the Department will not be processing your response further. This is because
your request does not comply with Section 8(1)(b) of the FOI Act. This means that to comply
with your request the department requires that you give your real name. The Information
Commissioner (ICO) has issued guidance for public authorities on this topic. The ICO
considers that "the name of the applicant refers to the real name of the applicant. You can see
the guidance issued by the ICO here:

https://ico.org.uk/media/for-organisatio...
the-foia.pdf

If you would like to submit your request again using a name that satisfies the above
requirement DWP will be pleased to consider it. "

Therefore, I am resubmitting this FOI request. Hopefully this time you will be able to answer my question this time? However, the question remains unanswered from the DWP:

With regards to FoI 2355, could you provide me with some more clarification upon a matter:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/4...

“However, UC claimants are asked to create an account and upload a Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Find a job or another jobsite when they make a new claim. If a claimant creates an account using a jobsite other than Find a job, it must be one that is deemed to be suitable by the Work Coach.”
As it states on the FOI request, that a jobsite must be 'deemed' to be suitable for the claimant to use. Therefore could you please provide me with a list of jobsites within the UK in 2019 that the DWP does deem’s suitable for the claimant to use instead of the 'Find A Job' site. This is to have some constancy between Work Coaches, and not making it up as they go along?

Yours faithfully,

Mr Simon Bailey.

Dear Simon Bailey,

I am writing in response to your request for information, received 3rd
October.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Jobsites deemed suitable by the DWP (2)'.

This is the second time that I have asked for this information from the DWP, the first time was refused due to not having a full name on the request! And the second time the DWP Response was: “Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this department.”

Then to whom would have this information about the DWP procedures be held? I was not given or directed to. Hence I feel the need for an internal review of this situation. If the DWP required addition information such as: “In order for websites to be deemed ‘suitable’ what criteria would a job site need to meet by the dwp?” However, I believe that they have not answered the question. I look forward to your reply and maybe finally the DWP answering my request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/j...

Yours faithfully,

Simon Bailey
