Please provide me with any recorded data (Guidance Queries and Help, etc) held by the DWP detailing exactly what constitutes a Jobseeker's Direction and under what circumstances a direction can be issued.
Also please provide me with a Jobseeker's Direction letter template issued to claimants notifying them that they have been given a direction.
And please provide me with any recorded data held by the DWP detailing whether the data requested (above) applies to claimants in receipt of both Jobseeker's Allowance and Universal Credit equally. Or whether there are separate sets of recorded data applicable to these benefits, JSA and UC, individually.
