Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Can DWP provide any legal or policy information that permits advisers to apply pressure/encourage claimants to enter into new Jobseeker Agreements/Claimant Commitments without providing full disclosure on all the major points of the new contract and, include:
a) the use of Universal Jobmatch / entry into the Work Programme / other employment training.
b) statements that waive claimants rights to maintain records of their job search in any manner they choose.
