Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions' handling of my FOI request 'Jobcentre Complaint Statistics'.

I can understand that you might not hold the information I requested centrally. It seems likely to me that the information is held at Group or District level. Please enquire of the appropriate offices and you may be able to satisfy my request easily and for less than £600.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/j...

Yours faithfully,

Mr Harris

How does the DWP monitor the performance of Jobcentres, if they don't collect these statistics centrally?

I think it's worth trying to get this raised in Parliament.

Anna - it depends what you mean by "performance". They do monitor benefit "off flow" performance.
