Job vacancy advertising procedure

Hampshire Police Authority did not have the information requested.

Dear Sir or Madam,

1. What is your procedure regarding placing a job vacancy advert for any positions within your FoI/DP/Information Governance Departments? Specifically do you have a contract with an external recruitment agency. If so, please provide me with the company name, address and the job title of the person who would be your chief contact.

2. Please provide me with a breakdown of the total costs charged to you the last time you advertised such a vacancy and please provide me with a list of the publications that the advert appeared in, the title of the job vacancy and the number of applicants that applied.

Yours faithfully,

Fiona Davis

Hampshire Police Authority

Dear Sir or Madam,

Sorry. I am afraid I sent this to the wrong organisation and I want it to refer to County Council staff - if they work for the police authority or not. Could you forward the question on to them to answer?

Yours sincerely,

Fiona Davis

Fiona
I think the best course of action would be to start a new process with Hampshire County Council.

They have an online form and I attach the link to the relevant page on their website.
