Requesters Questions and Trust Response:

 1. Please provide a copy of every financial recovery plan, savings plan,
cost improvement plan and similar document which has been approved by
the trust board since 01 April 2023, which relates to the financial
year of 2024/25 and any subsequent years.

We believe this information is available via board papers published on our
website.  These can be accessed via the following link:

reports from the Trust’s Finance and Digital Committee.  They can be found
by searching for the term ‘finance’ in the Media Browser section of the
Board Papers page.

 2. Please provide a copy of any other board paper which contains the
words “redundant”, “redundancy”, “redundancies” or “restructure” since
01 April 2024.

We have conducted a search of both public and private board papers for the
key words outlined and could find no reference.  We therefore do not hold
the information requested.

 3. Please provide the names of all services and teams which have been,
are being or may be affected by redundancies in 2024/25.

We are not aware of any current or predicted redundancies within the
Trust.

 4. Please provide the 2024/25 budget for redundancy payments, the
year-to-date spend at the end of September 2024, and the forecast out
turn in 2024/25.

Thank you very much for your response to my request.

For clarification regarding question 1, I am aware I can obtain
information stored in the public board papers from the trust website. The
reason I am using the FOI route is to obtain information that is stored in
the private board papers.

Please could either confirm that there are no further documents relevant
to question 1 in my request that have been approved by the board in
private, or if there are, please provide them.

Trust Response:
