Dear FOI (THE PRINCESS ALEXANDRA HOSPITAL NHS TRUST),

Thank you very much for your response to my information request.

Regarding question 1 and 2, I’m aware that I can obtain information stored in the public board papers from the trust website. The reason I’m using the FOI router is to obtain information stored in the private board papers.

Please could you provide an answer to question 1 which includes any relevant documents which have been approved by the board in private.

Could you also advise whether the answer to question 2 is inclusive of the private board papers. If not, please provide the additional documents.

Yours sincerely,

H Wood

FOI (THE PRINCESS ALEXANDRA HOSPITAL NHS TRUST), The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust

Dear Mr Wood,

In regards to your first question, the requested papers would have only been approved at a public board meeting.

Question two is inclusive of private board papers
