Job evaluation for enhanced level paramedics
Dear Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust,
I would like to enquire about enhanced skill paramedics in WAS. Can you provide me with a copy of either the Matched Job Report (with panel notes) or Evaluated Job Summary Report as appropriate - based on the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation System - for each role over and above the standard paramedic role. I am only looking for clinically enhanced roles (Specialist Paramedic, Advanced Paramedic, Paramedic Practitioner, Emergency Care Practitioner, Community Paramedic and similar) and not enhanced managerial or operational roles (such as Team Leaders or HART).
Yours faithfully,
Craig Brackenridge

Dear Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Job evaluation for enhanced level paramedics'.
Chapter 11 Section 6.3 of the Job Evaluation Handbook does not state that the job matching form is only for the postholders' information. It states that the postholder is only informed of the outcome once the whole matching / evaluation process has been completed. It does not state any limitation on who is entitled to the information and as such you have misinterpreted the paragraph. Please provide the information as requested.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/j...
Yours faithfully,
Craig Brackenridge
